摘    要:本文利用从內燃机表面拾取振动信号进行功率谱分析的方法,对配气机构单个气门间隙变化而产生的故障进行了分析研究.从气门间隙正常和异常条件下进行实验获得正常和异常功率谱图,找到了气门敲击的特征频率及气门间隙变化后特征频率上振动能量的变化,从而证明可以利用功率谱分析方法对气门间隙异常进行不解体诊断.

Abstract:In the paper, the method of power spectrum analysis to vibration signals,collected from the surface of internal combustion engine, is used to investigate signal valve faults in valve mechanism caused by the change of valve clearance. According to the normal and abnormal power spectrums obtained from eriments corresponding to normal and abnormal conditions of valve clearances, we found the characteristic frequencies of valve collision and the changes pf their vibration power when the valve clearance was changed. So it is proved that the method of power spectrum analysis can be used to make diagnosis to the faults of valve clearance without disassembly.
