不溶性硫磺的制备研究

摘    要:开发了低温液相法—浸取剂TE浸取制备不溶性硫磺新工艺。采用正交试验法得出了低温液相法制备不溶性硫磺粗产品的适宜条件:稳定剂用量0.06%,恒温温度250℃,恒温时间60min,急冷液浓度6.0%。并以单因素法对浸取温度、物料比等浸取工艺参量进行了探讨,其合适条件分别为75~80℃,粗粉料∶浸取剂=1∶(12~15)。在最适宜条件下,产品不溶性硫含量可达92%以上。

Abstract:Two new processes,low temperature liquid polymerization process and leaching with solvent TE,were developed to produce insoluble sulphur.The optimum production conditions of semifinished product determined by orthogonal design are as follows:stabilizer is 0.06%,temperature is 250℃,reacting time is 60 min and concentration of quenching medium is 6.0% The suitable conditions of leaching process obtained are as follows:temperature is 75~80℃ and ratio of semifinished product to extraction solvent is 1∶12~1∶15 Under the optimum conditions,the content of insoluble sulphur of the product can reach 92%.
