| 摘 要： | 在镁合金表面电镀铝，必须对其表面进行前处理。采用氢氟酸对AZ61镁合金进行钝化处理，利用X射线衍射仪、涡流测厚仪、金相显微镜、扫描电镜和M273A电化学测试系统对钝化处理得到的转化膜的物相、厚度、表面形貌和耐蚀性进行测定。结果表明，氢氟酸处理得到的转化膜对镁合金基体有较好的保护作用，符合镀前处理的要求。

| Abstract: | The surface pretreatment of magnesium alloys must be done before electroplating of aluminium on surface of magnesium alloys.Hydrofluoric acid pretreatment technological process of AZ61 Mg alloy was discussed.The surface morphologies and corrosion resisting properties were analyzed by SEM and M273A electrochemical system.The converting film obtained by hydrofluoric acid treatment had better protection for the body of magnesium alloy.The converting film was accord with the request of surface pretreatment of magnesium alloy before electroplating aluminium. |
