基于LabVIEW的过载故障温升自动测试系统的设计

摘    要:电子产品的过载故障温升的测量是通过其相应负载值的大小变化来模拟故障,用温度判定过载所处的状态,因此如何寻找出产品在承受最大负载时的温度状态成为判定产品绝缘系统温度等级的关键。基于LabVIEW的虚拟仪器过载故障温升自动测试系统能实时动态地根据温度状态来不断调整负载,很好地解决了负载调整的繁琐过程,避免了人为主观因素的干扰,具有实时性、高效性、准确性、方便易用、易升级性等特点。

Abstract:Through changing the electronic product loads and measuring temperature value,we can obtain the overload status,so the key to determine the insulation grade is obtain the maximum overload status by temperature measurements.The automatic overload temperature measurements based on the Virtual instrument solves the complicated process of load adjustment well with dynamic adjustment,the characteristics of the system is real time,high efficiency,accuracy,easy to use,easy to upgrade and also avoid human disturbance.
