摘    要:本文介绍了二苯基甲烷二氨基甲酸酯与聚酯多元醇的酯交换反应,考察了催化剂、温度、时间对反应的影响,合成了分子量达21500的羟基封端的聚氨酯预聚体,并将该预聚物用于环氧树脂灌封胶中,收到良好的增韧效果。

Abstract:The transesterification has been studied by diphenyl methane dicarbamic acid ester with polyester polyol.The influence of catalyst,temperature and time on the reaction were described, the hydroxy-terminated polyurethane lowpolymer was synthesized which molecular weight up to 21,500,the lowpolymer was used into e- poxy resin potting. It has a good toughening effect.
