| 摘 要： | 质量功能配置（ＱＦＤ）是近来兴起的将顾客需求展开到产品开发过程的一种系统化方法。本文在介绍ＱＦＤ的发展历史基础上，综述了国内外ＱＦＤ研究现状及进展，并对我国ＱＦＤ的研究与应用进行了讨论。作者认为，ＱＦＤ是提高我国企业新产品开发能力进而提高企业市场竞争能力的重要手段，智能的支持并行工程的ＱＦＤ系统及实现ＱＦＤ与其它设计技术的集成是ＱＦＤ研究的主要方向。

| Abstract: | Quality Function Deployment(QFD)is a systematic method through which the Vioce of Customers(VOC)can be deployed to all stages of product cycle. On the basis of introducing the development history of QFD, the research status for QFD in the world is presented. Also, some suggestions on QFD study and application in China are proposed. We think QFD is an important approach to improve the enterprise's new product developing ability. Intelligent QFD system supporting Concurrent Engineering(CE)and the integration of QFD with other design techniques are the focuses of QFD research in the future. |
