不锈钢/腈纶交织物的抗静电性能

摘    要:为改善合成纤维织物的抗静电性能,分析不锈钢质量分数及分布对织物抗静电性能的影响,研制了不锈钢纤维/棉混纺纱和不锈钢长丝/腈纶包缠纱,并设计了多种不锈钢纤维质量分数和分布形式的针织物。采用摩擦起电电压法和电荷面密度法,对其进行了抗静电性能测试。与纯腈纶织物相比,加入7.68%不锈钢长丝的腈纶织物的电荷面密度降低96.11%。不锈钢纤维质量分数增加、均匀分布、采用不锈钢长丝具有更好的抗静电性能。

Abstract:In order to improve the antistatic performance of synthetic fabrics and analyze influence of the stainless steel mass fraction, the distribution and the shape in fabrics on antistatic performance of knitted fabrics, the blended yarn of stainless steel staple with cotton and the wrapped yarn of stainless steel filament with acrylic were made, then various stainless steel/acrylic mixed knitted fabrics which have different stainless steel mass fractions and distributions were designed. Their antistatic performances were determined using methods of electrification voltage by friction and surface density of charge. Experimental results indicated that surface density of charge of the acrylic fabrics contained 7.68% of the stainless steel filament decreased by 96.11% as compared with the pure acrylic fabric. The fabrics containing much stainless steel fiber, distributing evenly and using stainless steel filament, had excellent antistatic performance.
