| 摘 要： | 分析了某公司PVA生产装置回收一塔处理能力不足的原因。介绍了高效导向筛板的工作原理和特点，并把高效导向筛板与浮阀塔板进行了比较。用高效导向筛板改造回收一塔，PVA装置产量可增至30kt／a，并降低原材料、蒸汽消耗。

| Abstract: | The failure cause of the old first tower of the reclaiming process in PVA plant of a company was analyzed, the working principles, characteristics of high efficiency flow - guided sieve, tray and it' s application resulting from the first tower of reclaiming process were presented, comparison was made between the high efficiency flow - guided sieve tray and the valve tray. |
