立井延深箕斗装载硐室施工新途径

摘    要:新集三矿为使矿井生产能力由设计0.3Mt/a提高到0.6Mt/a,对风井进行了延深改造。风井延深工程中的箕斗装载硐室设计较复杂,施工难度大且占用建井工期时间较长。为缩短建井工期,打破了常规的施工方法,利用箕斗装载硐室联络通道,与井筒延深立体平行施工了箕斗装载硐室,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:For the target of making coal mine's capacity from the 0.3 Mts/a to raise the 0.6 Mts/a,Xinji 3rd Coal Mine carried on deepening transformation to the air shaft.The skip loading chamber in the air shaft deepening project was designed very complicated,very difficulty to construction;and takes time up longer.In order to shorten the time for building the air shaft,break the usual construction method and make use of the skip loading chamber connection,adopt the shaft and the skip loading chamber to start construction synchronously,and have obtained the good result.
