| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了近几年松辽流域的降水量、地表水资源量、水库蓄水量、地下水降落漏斗变化的情况,同时对流域内干旱的特点、干旱的成因进行了分析,认为降水偏少、水资源短缺、水资源的配置不合理、开发不均衡、浪费严重等现象,是导致旱情持续发展的重要因素。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the precipitation amount, the surface water resources amount, the water storage in reservoirs and the charge of groundwater lowering funnel in recent years in Songliao rivers basin, analyses the characteristics of drought and the formation cause of drought in this basin, considers that few precipitation, lacking water resources, non rational distribution of water resources, nonuniform development and waste are main factors of drought regime developing. |
