综放工作面粉尘运动规律数值模拟及现场实测

摘    要:以某矿综放工作面为研究对象,采用数值模拟及现场实测法,得出综放工作面粉尘运动分布规律.结果表明:割煤过程是综放工作面的主要产尘环节.割煤时下风向20 m、移架下风向10 m和放煤下风向5 m为重点防尘地点;割煤时下风向60 m、移架下风向10 m和放煤下风向20 m以后多为难于沉降的呼吸性粉尘,防尘重点应为呼吸性粉尘.

Abstract:In this paper,a fully-mechanized top coal caving face in some mine was studied as the researched object.Numerical simulation and field measurement method were used,and result of the dust movement rule on fully-mechanized top coal caving face were obtained.The results show that,shearer cutting coal is the main source of dust production.The key dust locations are downwind 20 meters of shearer cutting coal and downwind 10 meters of moving frame,and downwind 5 meters of caving.Vast majority is the respirable du...
