煤矿井下变频器的电磁兼容分析

摘    要:变频器由于具有运行效率高、能实行电制动及无级调速、正反转切换、大负载启动、节能效果显著等优点,在煤矿井下获得了广泛的应用.但它的非线性、冲击性的用电方式带来的干扰问题日益引起人们的重视.如何使其满足电磁兼容的要求已是目前较为主要的问题.电磁兼容是一项系统性工程,由于煤矿井下环境特殊,各种干扰源的电磁辐射很复杂,要完全消除电磁噪声干扰又是不可能的,这就需要采取多种技术措施,从各个环节减少和防止干扰.为满足电磁兼容要求,对煤矿井下变频器在电磁兼容方面的问题进行粗略的分析,并提出了一些抗干扰对策.
