摘    要:在脉冲涡流和脉冲漏磁无损检测系统中,将脉冲信号加载于激励线圈上,产生反映被检试块缺陷信息的脉冲磁场。本文设计了一种频率、占空比和幅值均可调的脉冲信号源,以满足不同的检测需要。该脉冲信号源以带有脉冲宽度调制PWM(Pulse Width Modulation)的STC12C5412AD单片机为核心,配以合适的功率放大器,并能够与上位机实时通信,实现对脉冲信号源参数的控制与显示。所设计的脉冲信号源具有性能稳定、操作方便、成本低等优点,通过实验测试,完全能够应用于脉冲电磁无损检测系统中。

Abstract:In pulsed eddy current(PEC) and pulse magnetic flux leakage(PMFL) non-destructive testing(NDT) system,when loading the pulse signal in incentive coil,it will generate the pulsed magnetic field carrying the defect information of test-components.In this paper a pulse signal source with its frequency,duty ratio and amplitude adjustable is designed to meet the different needs of detection.This impulse source is based on STC12C5412AD SCM(single chip microcomputer) with PWM,match with appropriate power amplifier ...
