单冻结管隔热理论分析

摘    要:在深井冻结施工中,为减少冷量损失或保护井口周围结构基础,理应控制浅部的部分冻结孔或全部冻结孔的冷量.根据单冻结管温度场数值计算,对几种隔热状态效果进行比较,得出了隔热与不隔热之间冻结管外表面热流密度的数量关系,可用于指导施工及冻结设计.

Abstract:In order to reduce the loss of the heat or protect the surrounding structures,in the deep freezing shaft construction,the cooling capacity of several or all freezing pipes in the shallow of the shaft should be controlled.Based on the numerical calculation on temperature field of the single freezing pipe,the effects of several insulated states were compared.The numerical relationship of the heat flow density between the insulation and the non-insulation were drawn to guide the construction and the design.
