摘    要:针对目前某大型军用检测系统中电子部件故障诊断的难题,按照在线实时动态多通道数据采集,脱机回放驱动并进行比较测试与分析查找故障的思路,采用虚拟仪器技术设计了一种基于VXI总线的多通道驱动采集及回放系统;应用表明,该系统使用灵活,测试精度高,很好地满足了多通道测量的要求,实现了多通道驱动采集、回放及分析处理的需求,提高了维修的工作效率.

Abstract:This paper describes a PCB fault diagnosis system configured in a large-scale weapon system. This system, which is based on the VXIbus and virtual instrument technologies, acquires I/O signals of a PCB online through multi-channel, then offline playback signals and drive the analyzed PCB. The program of this syslem compares the resuh of testing a normal PCB and an abnormal PCB driven at the same time and help analyzing fauhs. This syslem meets the requirement of online test, data acquirement and playback on multi-channel, which improved the efficiency of lest and analysis.
