天然气制氢装置掺杂干气进料后的工艺分析

摘    要:通过对天然气制氢装置掺杂干气进料后的工艺进行分析,找出了原料性质变化对装置操作的影响规律,提出了优化改造措施,经改造后达到了回收干气与清洁生产的目的。在满足装置安全、平稳、长周期运行要求的基础上,为企业年增效益约1440万元,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:By analyzing the process of natural gas to hydrogen post to blending dry gas in feedstock, the effect of changes in feedstock properties on the unit operation was investigated, and optimization measures were proposed. After revamping, the unit could process dry gas blended feedstock in a safe and stable operation mode for long term running, meeting the requirements of recovering dry gas and clean production. At the same time, good economic and social benefit was achieved; a 14.4 million RMB economic effect was obtained annually.
