摘    要:某铅锌矿在浮选时铅锌互含较高,铅锌精矿品位均达不到合格产品要求,针对存在的问题,本文研究了经济有效的提升铅锌精矿品质的选矿工艺技术,通过采用新型高效药剂与工艺相结合,较好的解决了铅锌互含的问题,铅锌精矿产品均获得了较高的品位,实验室闭路试验获得铅精矿含铅67.82%,铅回收率84.50%;锌精矿含锌53.57%,锌回收率91.75%。铅锌回收率均获得大幅提高,取得了显著的经济效益。

Abstract:A lead-zinc ore contained each other much higher during flotation. The lead and zinc concentrate are both falling short of acceptable product requirements. Aim at the problem, this paper study on the process dressing technology of lead zinc concentrate quality promotion by using economic and effective method. Through the adoption of new efficient reagents combined with technology, the problem is work out much better. The lead and zinc concentrate are both obtained higher grade. The closed-circuit experiment in laboratory can be obtained lead concentrate of lead grade 67.82%, lead recovery 84.50%; and zinc concentrate of zinc grade 53.57%, zinc recovery 91.75%, the lead and zinc concentrate recovery are both increased greatly, so, the mining enterprise have achieved remarkable economic benefits.
