摘    要:为了提高攀枝花某选钛厂的选别指标,研发了新型捕收剂ZF-02来处理该微细粒钛铁矿。试验结果表明,对TiO2质量分数为22.85%的原矿,以ZF-02为捕收剂,硫酸作调整剂,草酸作抑制剂,经一粗一扫三精的闭路工艺流程选别,获得了TiO2品位48.08%,回收率89.73%的钛精矿。与生产上使用的MOH捕收剂比较,ZF-02不但具有良好的性能价格比优势,而且泡沫现象稳定、来源广泛、无毒无害(不含苄基胂酸)。

Abstract:In order to improve the sorting index of a titanium plant in Panzhihua, a new collector ZF-02 was developed to deal with the fine ilmenite. A closed-circuit flowsheet comprising one roughing, one scavenging and three stages of cleaning, with using ZF-02 as a collector, oxalic acid as a depressant, and sulfuric acid as pH regulator, was adopted to deal with the mass fraction 22.85% of ilmentie ore, resulting in an ilmenite concentrate with grade of 48.08% TiO2 and recovery of 89.73%.Compared with MOH In production, ZF-02 not only has the advantages of good performance and price ratio, but also stable foam, a wide range of sources, non-toxic harmless(does not contain benzyl arsonic acid).
