麦蛾信息素剂量、食物源诱剂与不同颜色黏板对麦蛾引诱效果的影响

摘    要:麦蛾是国内外主要储粮害虫之一。为了提高麦蛾性信息素监测与防治效果,本研究利用人工合成麦蛾信息素顺7,反11-十六碳二烯醇醋酸酯,在实仓条件下,优选其最佳性信息素诱蛾剂量,探索食物源取食引诱异戊醇与冰醋酸对其诱集效果的影响,比较了黄色与白色黏板性诱剂的诱蛾效果。研究结果表明,麦蛾性信息素顺7,反11-十六碳二烯醇醋酸酯在剂量0.5~10 mg范围内具有显著的诱蛾活性,但剂量之间差异不显著。异戊醇和冰醋酸取食引诱剂本身对麦蛾没有表现出明显的引诱活性,但能够提高麦蛾性信息素的诱捕效果。此外不同黏板颜色对麦蛾性诱剂引诱效果研究表明黄色黏板比白色黏板增加35.74%的诱蛾量。本研究为进一步开发麦蛾高效诱捕系统提供了借鉴。

The Influences of Pheromone Doses, Feeding Attractant and Different Color Sticky Boards on Captures of Angoumois Grain Moth
Abstract:The Angoumois grain moth, Sitotroga cerealella is one of worldwide major pest insects of stored grain. To improve the attractiveness of sex pheromone for monitoring and controlling it, the effects of pheromone doses, feeding attractant and different color stick boards on catches of Angoumois grain moth were studied. The result showed that traps baited with synthetic sex pheromone, (Z, E)-7, 11-Hexadecadien-1-yl Acetate attracted significantly more Sitotroga cerealella moths than control, however no significant differences were observed at the dosage of 0.5-10 mg, and the feeding attractant composed of acetic acid and 3-methyl-1-butanol had no obvious bioactivity itself, but it help improve the catches of sex pheromone attractant. Besides, yellow sticky boards with pheromone captured 35.74% more moths than white sticky boards with the same pheromone. The study provides a basis for further high efficient trapping system for the Angoumois grain moth.
