某复杂难选铜硫矿铜硫分离试验研究

摘    要:根据某复杂难选铜硫矿的矿石特征可知,该矿中氧化铜和可溶性铜盐含量较高,并经过测定浮选矿浆中含有大量的铜离子,致使铜硫分离更加困难。针对该矿石特点,确定的试验流程为优先浮选铜工艺,并通过条件试验确定了合理的工艺条件,有效的解决了该矿石浮选过程中大量铜离子致使铜硫难以分离的问题。在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占75%条件下,采用石灰加硫化钠的组合抑制剂,经过优先浮铜,原浆选硫的铜硫分离浮选工艺流程,可以获得铜品位为16.21%,回收率84.21%的铜精矿,硫品位45.14%,回收率82.11%的硫精矿。

Abstract:Closed-circuit test of preferential flotation was made based on the characteristics of refractory copper-sulfur ore containing ions. The reasonable process conditions were determined based on the characteristics of the higher copper oxide and soluble copper salt, which solved the problem that a large number of copper in the flotation process is difficult for the copper-sulphur separation. The inhibitors is use of lime and Sodium sulfide, which obtained the copper concentrate of the copper grade is 16.21%, recovery rate is 84.21%, sulfur concentrate of the sulfur grade is 45.14%, recycling rate is 82.11% after the copper-sulfur flotation separation process of cu-preferential flotation and sulphur separation from crude pulp in the condition of the grinding fineness was 75% -0.074mm.
