聚酰亚胺材料表面钝化研究

摘    要:采用化学合成原理及溶胶凝胶工艺合成聚酰亚胺/二氧化硅(PI/SiO_2)复合材料,经固化与钝化处理后,对其性能进行表征,研究了铬酸溶液与氢氧化钠溶液对材料的腐蚀情况,经SEM扫描测试,发现了氢氧化钠(NaOH)后比铬酸钝化材料效果更好,且对材料损伤也小。

Abstract:PI/SiO_2 composite materials is made by the chemical synthesis principle & sol-gel process,and the com- posite materials's performance is characterizated by the treatment of curing& passivation.The corrosion of the materials is researched into chromic acid solution & sodium hydroxide solution.It is discoveried the best conditions of the passivation materials into dense structure into chromic acid& sodium hydroxide.
