摘    要:地面防空战场体系总体作战能力的评估模型,结合地面防空作战的特点建立.其评估通过建立指标集、权重因子集、评价集、评定矩阵和评定结果归一化处理,实现其模糊综合评价.并运用层次分析确定权重,步骤包括:构造判断矩阵、计算各判断矩阵的特征向量及最大特征根,最后进行一致性检验.

Abstract:Establish the evaluation model of the total operational capability of the ground air-defense battlefield system based on the characteristics of ground air-defense operations. By establishing the index gather, the proportion gene gather, the assessment gather, the appraisal matrix and reducing the result of appraisal, realize the fuzzy synthesis evaluation. By using analytic hierarchy process, ascertain the proportion, the steps include constructing the judgment matrix, computing the characteristic vector and the maximum characteristic roots of each judgment matrix. Finally, carry out the consistency examination.
