基于Simulink和Pro/E的高速凸轮动态设计

摘    要:建立了高速凸轮机构的动力学模型及其Simulink仿真模型,提出了一种通过Simulink仿真数据求解高速凸轮轮廓的新方法。通过此方法可方便地求出不同从动件运动规律下盘型凸轮的理论轮廓坐标数据,将数据导入Pro/E后可建立精确的高速凸轮三维立体模型。

Abstract:The dynamic model of high-speed cam mechanism and its Simulink simulation model are established. In this paper a new method is provided to obtain cam contour by analyzing the data of simulation of Simulink. By using this method,the theory contour coordinates data of pitch curve of the plate cam are conveniently obtained under some different follower motions,and thus the accurate three-dimensional model of high-speed cam is easier to be built by Pro/E.
