干部思想政治教育的人文关怀与心理疏导

人文关怀的核心是尊重人的个体差异和需求,重视人自我价值的实现,促进人的自由全面发展。目前干部思想政治教育需要转变传统的教育理念,关注干部思想政治教育中人文关怀的内容,拓展其人文关怀实现的途径,通过积极的肯定、理解和尊重干部的现实需求、有效的心理疏导等方式提高干部思想政治教育的实效。

The core of humanistic care is to respect individual differences and needs ,to pay atten-tion to the realization of self value, and to promote free and comprehensive development of human.At present, the ideological and political education of cadres need to change the traditional education con-cept, to show concern for the content of the humane care of the ideological and political education of cadres , ,to expand the way of realization of the humane care ,and to improve the effectiveness of ideo-logical and political education of cadres by the way of affirming ,understanding and respecting the real-istic demand of cadres , the effective psychological counseling , and so on.
