摘    要:以无水CaCl2、TiCl4和NaOH为原料,用一步水热法合成了CaTiO3晶体粉末。研究了反应温度、反应时间和NaOH初始浓度等水热条件对CaTiO3产物结构和形貌的影响。结果表明:100℃下即可水热合成纯相CaTiO3。最佳制备条件为200℃,6h,NaOH初始浓度2.0mol/L。在该条件下获得的CaTiO3粉体结晶性好,晶粒近似立方体形状,尺寸分布均匀,平均粒径约1μm。乙二醇或丙三醇等多元醇分散剂的加入可改变晶粒的形貌,得到"十字架"形的CaTiO3晶体。

Abstract:CaTiO3 crystal powder was synthesized by a one-step hydrothermal method using anhydrous CaCl2, TiCl4 and NaOH as raw materials. The effects of hydrothermal conditions, such as reaction temperature, reaction time and initial concentration of NaOH, on the structures and morphologies of CaTiO3 products were studied. The results show that pure phase CaTiO3 could be synthesized by hydrothermal method at 100 ℃. Well crystallized and homogenous distributed CaTiO3 powder was obtained at the optimum preparation conditions as follows: reaction temperature of 200 ℃, reaction time of 6 h and initial concentration of NaOH of 2.0 mol/L. The particle is cube-like with an average size of about 1 μm. The morphology of powder can be changed and novel CaTiO3 crystal with "cross" shape can be obtained upon the addition of polyol dispersants such as ethyleneglycol or glycerol etc.
