| 摘 要： | 分析了机架底板铸件凝固补缩过程。采用立式浇注工艺方案后,不但使传统工艺生产中出现的缺陷消失,而且使毛重81 t的单件产品节约钢水15 t、外冷铁6 t。为类似大型复杂结构底板类铸件提供了一种可行的工艺方案。

| Abstract: | The solidification period of housing backplane casting has been analyzed.After adopted the vertical pouring process program,the existed defects during the conventional production process have disappeared.Meanwhile,for the single product weighted 81t,the manufacture can save the molten steel 15t and the external chill 6t.Then a feasible process program has been provided for similar heavy backplane casting with complex construction. |
