摘    要:针对目前材料蠕变参数缺乏高温数据的情况,根据已有的实验数据对蠕变参数进行了外推,从而对铸坯的理想矫直微分方程进行了数值解析,从理论上阐明了固定辊连续矫直的辊列方案能够适应不同钢种、断面和拉速的浇铸.

Abstract:For lack of material creep parameter in high temperature, an extrapolation based on experimental data is provided. Thus a numerical analysis is made for ideal straightening differential equation of casting slab, and the continuous straightening project arranged with fixed rolls is expounded in theory to adapt to casting in different grade, section and drawing velocity.
