大容量汽轮机碳化摩擦振动机理及防治

摘    要:德州电厂6号汽轮机3号轴承Y方向在低负荷下出现振动,分析原因为3号轴承内出现了间歇性的摩擦。小修时对3号轴承及3号轴承后油挡进行解体检查,发现有硬质碳化物。文章对油挡形成碳化物的机理进行分析,并在设计、安装、运行方面提出了防范措施。

Abstract:The paper briefed the vibration in Y-direction of NO.3 bearing of NO.6 steam turbire in Dezhou Power plant,occurring at low load,the analysis indicated,The intermittent rubbing occurred in.NO.3 bearing.In the minor repair,NO.3 bearing and its rear oil baffle were dismantled and checked,the hard carbonized matter was found.The paper analyzed the forming mechanism of carbonized matter in the oil baffle and put forward the preventive measures in the design,installation and operation aspects.
