摘    要:以PID控制系统输出响应可实现的最小方差作为基准,定义了一个性能指标,分析了火电厂主蒸汽温度控制系统的性能评价问题,并利用某电厂实际的正常运行数据对研究的结论进行了验证。结果表明,所提出的评价方法客观地反映了控制系统的实际运行状态。

Abstract:Main steam temperature is a very important parameter in power plants,and its control system often adopts the cascade PID structure.The control performance affects the safety and economy of the power plant running significantly.This paper analyzed the performance estimate method of the main steam temperature control system by using the PID-achievable minimum variance as benchmark to define a performance index.The research validity was verified by the practical data of a power plant.The verified results show that the method is effective to analyze the control system.
