Explorations on Application Modes of Flexible Emergency Communication System in Northwest China Power Grid

The flexible emergency communication system in the northwest power grid is built to smooth the communication of Northwest Power Grid under the circumstances of natural disasters or emergencies. This paper firstly described the structure and function of this system. While taking the actual conditions of the grid into consideration, the study particularly proposed and discussed the networking and application schemes under different circumstances, and the schemes proposed were designed to enhance the flexibility and practicability of the flexible emergency communication system, and ensured optimal application under emergent circumstances.
