聚酯—乙烯基共聚物复合水分散液的结构研究

摘    要:通过多种丙烯酸酯与苯乙烯的原位聚合反应制备了大分子链中含有羧基的水性自乳化聚酯-乙烯基共聚物的复合物,然后加入三乙胺中和及氨基树脂等制备了聚酯-乙烯基共聚物复合水分散液,通过FTIR与1H NMR进行了表征,实验结果表明,在单体原位聚合改性聚酯的过程中,同时生成聚酯的接枝共聚物,它们有助于复合水分散液的稳定性,进一步研究了由不同量的三乙胺中和得到的复合水分散液的粒子形态,发现在中和度较低的情况下,粒径分布宽,粒径较大但形状规整,在大粒子中间形成清晰的核壳两相结构,在中和度较高的情况下,粒径分布较窄,粒径较小但形状不规整,两相间的区别不十分明显。

Study on structures of polyester-vinyl copolymer hybrid aqueous dispersions
Abstract:A series of polyester-vinyl copolymer hybrid a queous dispersions were prepared by in-situ polymerization of some vinyl monomers in the presence of hy drophilic polyester and by neutralizing with different amount of triethylamine(T EA).These hybrid aqueous dispersions were characterized by means of FTIR and 1H-NMR,respectively.The clear core-shell particle morphology and the regul ar sphere shape of particles were observed for the hybrid aqueous dispersion pr epared with TEA at low neutralization degree.At high neutralization degree,howev er,difference between the two phases in particles is not clear and the unregular sphere shape of particles as well as the small particle size were observed.
