镁合金新型阳极氧化工艺的研究

摘    要:采用Na3PO4、Na2WO4、成膜添加剂A及有机胺组成的碱性电解液,对AZ91D镁合金阳极氧化进行研究.结果表明:在无铬、无氟的电解液中,镁合金表面形成的氧化膜光滑致密,具有优良的耐酸碱性,并就电解液中各组分在成膜过程中的作用及电解工艺参数对成膜过程和膜层性能的影响进行了探讨.

Abstract:The anodizing process of AX91D magnesium alloy is investigated in an alkali electrolyte which contains Na 3PO 4, Na 2WO 4, film forming additive A and organic amine. The results show that a smooth and compact oxidization film can be deposited on the surface of magnesium alloys in a chromate and fluoride free electrolyte, which has a good acid and alkali resistance. The functions of each electrolyte components in the film forming process and the influence of electrolytic parameters on the film forming process and film properties are discussed.
