摘    要:某炼油厂一套ARGG装置烟气轮机运行后,回收功率较低.通过对运行参数和烟机本身结构的分析,提出了对烟机静叶组件改造的方案.改造后烟机多回收功率近3 000 kW,达到了改造的预期效果,降低了装置的能耗.

Abstract:The fume turbine in an ARGG plant of an oil refinery had a low power recovery after putting into operation. Through the analysis of the operation data and the turbine's construction, a revamping plan for the components of fume turbine's fixed blades was proposed. After revamp, the fume turbine can recover 3000kW more than before per hour, the revamping target has been reached and energy consumption of the plant has been reduced.
