摘    要:采用超滤与粉末活性炭组合工艺,研究了粉末活性炭的投加对超滤膜运行性能的影响。结果表明:随粉末活性炭投量的增加,膜稳定运行时间延长,膜通量下降率降低。粉末活性炭的投加对膜过滤阻力影响不大。采用粉末活性炭和超滤组合工艺处理饮用水,在CODMn和TOC的质量浓度分别为5.5~9.5和1.8~3.5 mg/L,UV254为0.069~0.093 cm-1,浊度为1.29~1.98 NTU时,其平均去除率分别为68.5%、75%、55%和96%以上,粉末活性炭超滤膜组合工艺可用于制备优质饮用水。

Abstract:The effect of dosage of powdered activated carbon on operation performance of ultrafiltration membrane was studied using ultrafiltration-powdered activated carbon combined process.The results showed that: membrane flux decreased with the increasing of the powdered activated carbon dose and the extension of the time of membrane stable running.The dosage of powdered activated carbon had no obvious influence on the resistance of membrane filtration,when the mass concentration of CODMn、TOC were 5.5-9.5、1.8-3.5 mg/L respectively,the UV254 was 0.069-0.093 cm-1,the turbidity was 1.29-1.98 NTU,using the said combined process to treat drinking wate,the average removal rate were above 68.5%、75%、55% and 96% respectively,Powdered activated carbon-ultrafiltration membrane combined process could be used to produce high quality drinking water.
