摘    要:传统滑动平均滤波法有实现容易、计算简单的优点,但在矫正心电信号的基线漂移时容易造成有用心电信号的丢失,从而使滤波后的心电信号产生失真.文中在传统滑动滤波器的基础上,考虑心电数据的采样率并进行跳跃采样对算法进行改进,给出了改进算法的数学模型,并利用MIT-BIH心电数据库中的实测数据对两种算法进行了比较验证.实验表明改进算法处理后得到的结果,在矫正心电信号的基线漂移时与原算法相比,减少了有用心电信号的损失,滤波后的心电信号失真更小,与原始数据的吻合度更高,效果更理想.

Abstract:The traditional method based on moving average filter is easy to be implemented and calculated,but also causes the loss of motive ECG signals,which makes distortions of filtered ECG signals.This paper puts up a leap sampling on consideration of the sampling rate of the ECG signal to improve the original arithmetic based on the Traditional Moving Average filters,and gives out an improved mathematic model,and makes a compared validation of the data from the MIT-BIH cardioelectric database.The experiment shows that compared with the traditional filter arithmetic of removing ECG baseline drift,the improved arithmetic reduces the loss of motive ECG signals and distortions,obtains a good agreement with the initial data and the effect is even better.
