| Abstract: | In this article,some problems existed in the field of construction project cost budget control were analyzed and discussed. Based on this,the key points which would be paid attention to in the practical work were put forward. Meanwhile,some methods were proposed in order to strengthen cost budget control and provide colleagues with some useful advices. |
