| 摘 要： | 通过对江西省高校党员教育管理现状进行调研,揭示了当前高校党员教育管理中存在的问题,如传统教育管理方式落实不扎实,新兴传媒方法应用不彻底,教育管理效果不显著等。为更好地开展党员教育管理,从优化角度出发,提出改进党员教育管理工作的构想。

| Abstract: | Through the survey of CPC members in colleges in Jiangxi Province, this paper suggests that there are some problems in the current education and management of CPC member, such as unsteady implementation of traditional mode, incomplete application of the new media, and ineffective management. The paper then puts forward some measures concerning the optimization of CPC member education and management. |
