摘    要:"立德树人"是指作为起主导功能的教育者不断涵养内在品质,并能以身作则、身体力行,不断培育与社会发展相互适应的、起积极贡献的人才的过程。"立德树人"的主体关系是"主体间"的关系;"立德"与"树人"的关系是"德"与"得"的关系;"立"什么"德"与"树"什么"人"是关联"立德树人"的价值指向问题。当前,"立德树人"就是要尊重受教育者的主体地位、要不断提升教育者的道德水准以及不断弘扬社会主义核心价值观。

Abstract:Morality education is a process in which the leading educators nurture their internal quality and set a good example to cultivate the talents that the society needs. The relationship between the moral educators is inter-related. The relationship between the moral educator and the educated is cause and effect relationship. What kind of morality is proposed and what kind of students is nurtured are concerned with the contentporary values. Currently, it is necessary to respect the subject status of the educated and improve the moral standard of the educators by practicing core socialist values.
