摘    要:文章在总结大位移水平井的完井液体系研究过程中,针对大位移水平井的技术特点及渤海QK17—2油田的储层物性和特征,着重解决大位移水平井水平井段长、完井作业时间长、储层埋藏浅、高孔高渗、胶结疏松、成岩性差以及完井过程中还可能发生井漏等问题。此外,充分考虑完井作业等几方面因素的影响:大位移井的水平段完井液需要具备悬浮携带运移的特性;大位移水平井需要砾石充填先期防砂;套管射孔作业过程对储层的伤害;打开储层后各种工作液对储层的综合影响。通过室内研究和现场应用,成功地解决了四项关键核心技术:射孔后的屏蔽暂堵油层保护技术;水平井射孔液的悬浮携砂技术;携砂液的胶液悬浮、携砂及破胶技术;水平井工作液综合影响评价思路和技术。为渤海首次成功应用大位移钻井技术、完善和充实了完井技术,为在渤海地区进一步推广和应用大位移井完井技术奠定了坚实的基础。

Abstract:Summing the study of completion fluids system for horizontal extended reach wells,and aiming to the technology of horizontal extended reach wells and the reservoir physical property and characteristics of oil field Bohai QK17-2,the article mainly solves the problems caused by long horizontal intervals, long operating time for the completion job,shallow buried reservoirs,high porosity and permeability,loose cementation,poor lithology and possible lost circulation during the completion process in horizontal extended reach wellsBesides,the influence of the following 4 factors has been considered thoroughlyThey are:① the completion fluids for the horizontal interval of a extended reach well should have the ability of suspension,carrying and migration;② the horizontal extended reach wells must have gravel packing for early sand control;③ the casing perforation may damage the reservoir;④ the various working fluids will comprehensively influence the reservoir after the reservoir is openedBy in house study and field application,4 key techniques have been developedThey are:① reservoir protection technique by temporary shielding plugging after perforation;② suspended sand carrying technique of perforation fluids of horizontal wells;③ gel suspending,sand carrying and gel out technique of sand carrying fluids;④ evaluation technique of integrative influence of horizontal well working fluidsAll of these provide the solid basis for the first success application of extended reach well drilling technique,the improvement and development of completion techniques,and further extending and applying the completion techniques of extended reach wells in Bohai Sea area.
