| 摘 要： | 阀体类铸件内腔结构复杂，其内腔油道间和铸件表面不允许存在气孔缺陷。分析了阀体类铸件产生气孔缺陷的原因。通过在制芯、造型、熔炼、浇注工序采取针对性措施，减少了阀体类铸件的气孔缺陷，对提高整机品质和降低制造成本有积极意义。

| Abstract: | There are complex channel inside valve body and no porosity is allowed on the surface of channel. After analysis of defect, the process improvement on core making, molding, melting and pouring has been applied. The improvement has help to reduce porosity defect and cost. |
