纳米复合及表面改性铸型醇基粉状涂料的研究

摘    要:为改善醇基粉状涂料的悬浮稳定性,采用纳米复合和表面改性技术制备了系列醇基粉状涂料。通过扫描电镜考察了粉状涂料的微观形貌,并进行了涂料的实际浇注试验。分析和试验结果表明:研制的醇基粉状涂料无须引发,加醇搅拌后即能制得具有良好悬浮稳定性的浆状涂料;浇注的铸件表面光洁,无粘砂等缺陷。

Abstract:To improve the suspension, the alcohol-base powder coatings were prepared by nano- composite and surface modification technology. The morphology of powder coating was investigated by SEM, and the field-test of pouring castings was carried. The results show that the alcohol-base powder coatings have no initiation, and the ready-for-use coatings with better suspensible stability are made by adding alcohol directly. The surface of castings is smoother and cleaner, and free of burning-on sand.
