| 摘 要： | 阐述了USR-Ⅱ强力摩擦砂处理再生机的结构特点和工作原理，利用改造后的砂处理系统对酯硬化碱性酚醛树脂旧砂进行处理，检测分析了再生砂性能。结果表明，运用USR-Ⅱ强力摩擦砂处理再生机的系统，可有效解决酯硬化碱性酚醛树脂砂的再生难题。
