| 摘 要： | 在分析铸件工艺的基础上，利用Pro／E的Mold Design模块对模具主体部分进行设计，并通过EMX完成模架设计。EMX的运用，减少了逐个设计模架纽件的繁琐工序，结合通用模具设计模块Pro／Mold Design，大大提高了模具设计的效率。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of casting process, the main part of the die mold was designed by MoldDesign module of Pro/E, and the mold frame was designed by expert system EMX. Due to EMX, the process for mold frame designed one by one was reduced. Combined with the general mold design module Pro/MoldDesign, the mold design efficiency could be increased obviously. |
