磁流变阻尼器与磁悬浮系统并联隔振研究

摘    要:针对磁悬浮隔振装置参振质量大,系统的等效刚度、等效阻尼受控制参数稳定区域的限制,在振动幅值较大时的抑振效果不理想的问题,设计了一种小位移大阻尼力的挤压式磁流变阻尼器,为磁悬浮隔振系统附加阻尼,可以显著减小系统振动.介绍了该磁流变阻尼器的设计方法,实验特性,并将该磁流变阻尼器与磁悬浮装置并联起来,实验证明,这种方法可以显著减小振动,提高系统隔振性能.

Abstract:The magnetic levitation system is quite heavy.The equivalent stiffness and equivalent damping of the system is constrained by the control parameter stability region.This will lead to the bad vibration control when the vibration amplitude is large.A new squeezed magnetorheological(MR) fluid damper with small displacement and large damping force was designed to lower the system vibration significantly.The magnetic levitation system and the MR damper were connected parallel.This MR damper could provide additio...
