CA/PAN共混超滤膜的研制

摘    要:研究了CA/PAN共混超滤膜,找出合适的共混溶剂(DMF+LiCl或DMAC+LiCl),并得到3种制成截留分子量为67000的共混膜的方法:①用(DMF+LiCl):DMAC=1.5:1.0的混合溶剂,共混物浓度为16%;②用丙醇,苯,甲酰胺为第二添加剂,共混物浓度为14%;③用含某些无机盐或有机溶剂(如CaBr2,乙醇,DMF或DMAC)的溶液作凝胶介质,共混物浓度为18%,其中,以添加第二添加剂的方法最有效。

Abstract:The CA/PAN blend ultrafiltration membrane is studied. Some preparative methods for making a blend membrane with cut -off molecular weight 67 000 a found: ① Use (DMF+LiCl): DMAC=1.5:1.0 as blend solvent, with polymer concentration 16%. ② Apply acetone, benzol and formamine as secondary additives, with polymer concentration 14%. ③ Use aqueous solution which contains some inorganic salt or organic solvent (e.g. CaBr2, alcohol, DMF or DMAC) as gelating medium, with ploymer concentration 18%. In these methods, addition of secondary additives is the most effective.
