摘    要:本文设计了一种用于驱动白光LED的Boost DC/DC变换器,该变换器基于脉冲跳跃技术,并且在内部集成了振荡器、基准电路、电流调整电路和功率MOSFET等,可以方便地设定输出电流,并且具有负载轻时转换效率高及电路实现简单等特点,在很大程度上消除了由脉冲跳跃技术造成的电压突升或突降的缺点.采用0.6 μm BiCMOS工艺进行设计,通过Hspice电路模拟软件的仿真验证,具有非常好的温度性能和抗干扰特性,非常适合作为LED驱动.在典型工作状态下转换效率达到82%,纹波电流仅为2 mA.

Abstract:A novel Boost DC/DC converter to drive LED based on pulse-skipping technology was designed. The converter integrate current adjusting clrcuit,oscillator, reference circuit and power MOSFET etc which make it easier to set the oulpul current, It also has the characteristic of high efficiency at light load and simple circuit realization, which eliminates the disadvantage of burst up and burst down of output voltage mainly caused by pulse-skipping technology. The converter was implemented with 0, 6um BiCMOS craft, Simulation test through Hspice circuit simulation software show lhal this converter has excellent temperature stability and anti-jamming characteristic,and it is especially suitable for I.ED driver, hs conversion efficiency reaches 82% and its ripple current is 2 mA in lypical working condilions,
