广西天等氧化锰矿还原焙烧法生产电解金属锰工业试验研究

摘    要:试验研究是以广西天等锰矿开采的各矿区综合矿样,经洗矿机,螺旋分级机脱泥水后的净矿为原料,经还原焙烧后从物相分析结果上看,高价Mn(Mn^3+、Mn^4+)的还原转化率已达91.04%,基本上满足生产要求。矿样通过还原焙烧后加酸浸出,完全可以生产出符合国家标准的电解金属锰产品,并取得了较好的技术经济指标。

Abstract:This trim research covers ore samples in different mines and raw materials of pure ore after getting off earth water in spiral through dressing machines. The result shows that the reduction of Mn( Mn^3 + , Mn^4 + )has come to 91.04% ,as is near the level of production. After ore samples soak out with acid in it, the production will be in accordence with the stipulated level of the state.
