数控弯管工艺知识库研究

摘    要:通过分析弯管各个加工参数及模具对弯管成形的影响,设计了数控弯管工艺知识库.通过该知识库,用户可以查询以往加工记录、模具、弯管机等信息,方便了数控弯管的工艺参数选取与资源的管理.在数控弯管工艺知识库的基础上,通过运用CBR方法,得到了弯管回弹角,减少了试弯次数,提高了数控弯管效率.

Abstract:The process knowledge database of NC tube bending was designed by analyzing the influence of process parameters and dies on the forming of tube.The user could query manufacturing records and the information of dies and benders which convenience the selection of process parameters and the management of resources.Based on this process knowledge database,the springback angle could be obtained by using CBR which makes the number of experiment reduce and elevations the efficiency of NC tube bending.
