摘    要:研究了在循环载荷作用下,16Mn钢焊接件疲劳裂纹的扩展情况.通过光学显微镜观察了裂纹扩展的微观特征,发现了裂纹在焊接结构不同部位的扩展路径方式并分析了显微组织对裂纹扩展的影响.裂纹在母材处为穿晶扩展,在热影响区和焊缝金属中的扩展为穿晶和沿晶混合型.

Abstract:The situation of fatigue crack propagation of 16Mn steel welded structure is studied under cyclic loads. The microscopic characteristic of the fatigue crack propagation is observed through the optical microscope.The results are finding the cracks propagation path in the different parts of welded structure and analyzing the influence of the microstructure gives the crack propagation. The path of crack propagation in the base metal is mostly transgranular.The path of crack propagation in the heat-affected zone and weld metal is the mix of transgranular and intergranular.
