基于UG的数控编程及加工过程仿真

摘    要:以固体火箭发动机阳球体为例,介绍了如何在UG/CAM环境下进行数控编程和加工过程仿真,如何消除刀具与零件间的过切、欠切,以及如何避免机床运动部件及刀具之间的干涉和碰撞,从而达到提高编程的精度和效率,缩短生产周期的目的.

Abstract:An example of the positive sphere on the solid rocket engine is given in this thesis,and it introduces how to carry out the NC programming and the machining process simulation in UG/CAM environment.Furthermore,it also explains how to eliminate the gouges between cutting tools and parts,and how to avoid the interferences and collisions between machine tool components and cutting tools,in order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of NC programming,and to reduce manufacturing periods.
